I've lost my progress after the update! What do I do?

Our latest update has introduced some changes to the Google Play sign-in process on Android. If you have your game connected to both Google Play and Facebook accounts, the game will synchronize your progress to Google Play first now, instead of Facebook.

This might cause a conflict and, in some cases, a loss of progress. The progress will be back when you reconnect to your Facebook account, so don't worry about losing it for good!

But if this happens more than once, follow these instructions to prevent it from happening again:

1. Open your Phone Settings 
2. Tap Google
3. Find Settings for Google apps at the bottom of the list
4. Tap Play Games
5. Tap Sign-in account
6. Pick Angry Birds 2 from the list
7. Tap Change
8. Chose either Ask each time or Sign out, depending on your preferences.

This will stop the game from automatically signing in with Google first and save your progress from resetting. Don't forget to save your progress by connecting the game to your Facebook account so you never lose it again!
